Caledonia

The creatures of Caledonia are not safe in their glens, moors and woodlands. In pursuit of progress, the Nobles have recently been turning to darker practices to advance their lands and riches, leading to strange beasts and entities roaming the countryside.

The land is suffering from a sickness that poisons the rivers and causes trees and plants to grow malformed.

Determined to put an end to the suffering of your kin, you set out on a quest...

About the game

Caledonia is a simple solitaire pen and paper role playing game in which you’ll assume the role of a creature as you attempt to complete a quest.

In addition to these rules you’ll need:

• Deck of 52 standard playing cards (jokers removed)
• Paper (to record the progress of your quest)
• Pen or pencil

During the game, you’ll draw cards and match the suit and number against lists in the rules to determine what you encounter and how to resolve.

The game ends when you complete your quest, which will require you to defeat an End-boss representing one of the Caledonian Nobility.
